Chapter A9, Article 20, Laws of Federation of Nigeria, 2004, states that: "All peoples shall have the unquestionable and inalienable right to SELF-DETERMINATION. Oppressed people shall have the right to free themselves from the bonds of domination by resorting to any means recognized by the international community". So, why was IPOB proscribed? Why is Nnamdi Kanu and others still on trial? Why Python Dance 2, and now 3? Is it fear or hatred of the Igbo or ignorance of the law?
